I am a Demographer and Senior Programme Specialist (Data and Evidence) in the Technical Cooperation team at UNESCO’s International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP).
I lead the design and implementation of tools, guidelines, methodologies, and data analytics work to improve educational planning and management in Member States, and I have published a few reports on micro-planning, education statistics, and demographic issues. Before joining IIEP, I worked at the UNESCO Institute for Statistics, covering the Latin America and the Caribbean education survey, and Statistics Canada within the Canadian Research Data Centre Network in Saskatchewan.
Currently, I am Vice-Chair of the UN Geospatial Network, and the alternate UNESCO Representative to the UN Committee of Experts on Global Geospatial Information Management (UN-GGIM).
This is a personal page, where I share some of my work.
